It is available in English, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through the Customer Community portal and by email. Service issues can be reported directly to GE Digital and managed using the Customer Service Number (CSN).

If you use iFIX SCADA software (or other GE Digital products), you can count on us in any situation! Once you have extended your support with the Acceleration Plan, cases reported by you will be handled as a priority! Support is provided by email or by phone in Polish during normal business hours of VIX Automation.
