Operations Hub

Operations Hub makes it possible to present real-time data from different sources (MS SQL server or MQTT broker) using predefined widgets, thanks to which the application preparation time may be reduced significantly. To present archival data (collected from Historian servers or REST API sources), we can use predefined graph and table objects. It is important that both real-time and archival data obtained from different sources can be displayed on one screen.

When preparing reports, you can create them manually by selecting the signals you are interested in or create a report template, save it, and use it when you need it. The data obtained in this way can be presented as a graph, printed or saved in a text file for further processing. Moreover, graphs provide a number of additional statistics such as: signal value change, maximum value, minimum value, average and much more!

Signals for analysis can be selected based on both the list of available variables and the model. As a result, using the plant structure menu you can easily and intuitively choose the device/line for which data should be displayed. It is possible to switch between screens either from the model tree level or in the standard way – by clicking the object you are interested in on the screen. This reduces the time it takes to select signals for analysis.

Have you ever wondered how to leave a note about the operation performed or information concerning the system? Operations Hub gives you the possibility to add notes to graphs; they may concern both the actions performed (‘pump on’) as well as suggestions on what to do (‘suspicious operation of the device has been observed – is it worth calling the maintenance department?’). Such information will certainly allow for a more accurate analysis of the system.

Due to the fact that the Operations Hub client is based on HTML5, the application can be used on any device (computer, tablet or phone). Moreover, you can see how the application will look like on a particular device already at the stage of its development and configure it accordingly – it is possible thanks to the WYSIWYG interface, the set of predefined graphic objects and the ‘drag and drop’ method of application development.
